Since I discovered youtube, I've pretty much stopped buying cookbooks but when I found Sam the Cooking Guy & saw how many wonderful burrito, taco, etc recipes he had, I knew I had to buy his book so as not to miss anything. He does have a lot of freebie recipes and I've tried most of them. I like his presentation, doesn't talk too much like other youtubers but he does explain, for instance, why he likes one cut of steak over another. I just like his style & everything I've made has come out perfect. So don't be afraid to buy this book, guaranteed to make you a better cook.
