One of the most beautiful covers I've ever seen, but that just confirms the adage: "You can't tell a book by its cover." I read about a fourth of it and quit. It rambled on and on with totally unbelievable scenarios and too many characters to track. The bear carrying the man to safety did it for me. I was just not willing to invest eight more hours into it. Very disappointing.
